A trade fair is more than just information about your business. The exhibitors at FRUIT LOGISTICA are also distinguished by their extraordinary exhibition stand design.

With a high-quality stand design, you can raise the attention of trade visitors. You will find some inspiration on this page.

From setting up and dismantling your exhibition stand to time and personnel planning to your on-site events: The design, realization and coordination of a successful exhibition presence is a complex task. Our colleagues from Capital-Service GmbH will gladly support you.

In order to make it as easy as possible for you to master this challenge successfully we provide all the key information and services as well as the rules for fair organization – so that everything goes according to plan. We hope that your preparations for FRUIT LOGISTICA will go smoothly.

Online orders (BECO-Webshop)

The Messe Berlin BECO-Webshop is your platform for ordering all products and services required for the successful organization of your trade show presentation. This includes a variety of services around your stand such as the reservation of electric power and water installation. In order to be able to submit orders, you are required to register, or you can use your username and password. Feel free to research the prices of our products and services without registration.

Berliner Tafel e.V. (a registered association, collecting and distributing donated food) will pick up donated fruit and vegetables from the stands on Friday, 7 February, from 18 hrs onwards.

On the first day of the fair you will get a note on picking up fruits and vegetables. On Friday members of the organization Berliner Tafel e.V. will go through the halls to give you information on picking up and keeping your goods.

You can also get stickers to mark the products to be donated on Friday.

We ask you to not give your product donations to unauthorized third parties. Berliner Tafel e.V. is the only official aid organization authorized to pick up the goods.

On Friday it has to be prevented that unauthorized third parties will take away the stand decoration.

For exhibitors, visitors and stand builders we provide the following services:

  • photocopies (stapled, collated, double-sided)
  • telefax (sending, receiving)
  • telephone (national, international)
  • e-mail, internet access...and more!

You will find cloakrooms in the following locations:

Fee: 2.50 Euro per piece of clothing and 5.00 Euro per piece of luggage.

Please keep in mind at which cloakroom you left your luggage, as all the cloakroom tickets look the same.

The Exhibitor Service Center is located at Großer Stern (between halls 10.2/11.2, 3rd floor). It provides you with the opportunity – if required – to order at short notice all the services relating to your participation in the trade fair.

Opening times 2019:

During stand construction:
31 Jan. - 5 Feb. every day 8 - 18 hrs.

6 - 8 Feb. 8 - 18 hrs.

Dismantling time:
9 Feb. 8 - 16 hrs.

It would be appreciated if you could, wherever possible, place all your orders in good time and in advance at the BECO webshop.

Multi-faith prayer rooms are located in the entrance area to hall 6.2, opposite the Sommergarten. A councillor is also available if required.

Stand Construction & Regulations

Traffic guide system and integrated time slot control (slot time reservation)

Exhibitors of FRUIT LOGISTICA or their suppliers and stand construction companies have the possibility of reserving time slots for set up and dismantling periods*, which enables you to improve logistical procedures.

Prerequisite: You are using a service of our official forwarding agents (for example loading and unloading your truck by forklift trucks). Click here for online registration.

Your advantages:

  • detailed information on loading times and areas before start-up
  • shortened waiting times at the gates and loading areas
  • no detours and no need to go to the log-point
  • no deposit in case of compliance with the time slot

If you are loading and unloading your vehicle by yourself, you can not use the option of the time slot reservation. The use of the log point and a compulsory access to the terrain remain unchanged (according totraffic guide (PDF, 2.0 MB)).

The Log-Point is located at the parking lot P11a at AVUS-Nordkurve. Please follow the sign “Log-Point” . GPS 52.500841/13.278444

* On 5h of February 2019: no booking possibility and no entrance for vehicles over 12t.

Are WiFi facilities provided on the exhibition grounds?

At FRUIT LOGISTICA 2019, a free basic WiFi will be available for all trade visitors and exhibitors.
