Parking & Accessibility:
A limited number of parking spaces are available at the exhibition grounds. You can book a parking space via the BECO Shop. Information on barrier-free travel in Berlin can be found here.
Set up and dismantling times
Start of stand construction:
- In halls 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1:
29 January 2026 | 7 a.m. – midnight - All halls:
30 January - 2 February 2026 | 7 a.m. – midnight
End of stand construction:
- For stand construction:
2 February 2026 | midnight.
After this deadline no machines or equipment are permitted for setup.
- End of decorative installation & stand construction approval:
3 February 2025 | 10 p.m.
Start of stand dismantling:
- 6 February 2026 | 4 p.m.– 12 p.m.
No dismantling permitted before 4 p.m.! - 7 - 9 February 2026 | 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
End of stand dismantling:
- 9 February 2026 | 10 p.m.

Exhibitor shop
Once you have accepted your proposed location, you can begin preparing for your trade fair appearance: The BECO Webshop – Berlin ExpoCenter Online – is your ordering platform for all products and services required to organize a successful trade fair appearance, such as electricity and water connections, various stand services, parking tickets, and much more.

Booking of System stands
By registering for a stand, you are merely reserving the stand space. If you require assistance with stand construction or would like to book a system stand through us, our subsidiary MB Capital Services will be happy to help. You can book a system stand via the BECO Shop.
Traffic & Logistics
During setup and dismantling (delivery or collection), access to the exhibition grounds is only possible with registration and booking of a paid loading zone on the VisiFair booking portal, as well as with a personalized, free setup and dismantling pass. You can find the most important information here.

Marketing Services
Targeted marketing on site and online will maximize your visibility at FRUIT LOGISTICA. In addition to our media package, we offer attractive advertising opportunities: indoor and outdoor advertising space at the exhibition grounds, sponsorship, banners, and top listings on the trade fair website.
Registration of co-exhibitors
If partner companies, brands, or subsidiaries are represented alongside you as exhibitors at your stand, you can register them as co-exhibitors. Co-exhibitors must also be officially registered via the exhibitor portal so that they can appear in the trade fair directory and receive their own exhibitor passes.
