With a high-quality stand design, you can raise the attention of trade visitors.

From setting up and dismantling your exhibition stand to time and personnel planning to your on-site events: The design, realization and coordination of a successful exhibition presence is a complex task. Our colleagues from Capital-Service GmbH will gladly support you.

In order to make it as easy as possible for you to master this challenge successfully we provide all the key information and services as well as the rules for fair organization – so that everything goes according to plan. We hope that your preparations for FRUIT LOGISTICA will go smoothly.

Berliner Tafel e.V. (a registered association, collecting and distributing donated food) will pick up donated fruit and vegetables from the stands on the last day of the trade fair, from 4.00pm onwards.

On the first day of the fair you will get a note on picking up fruits and vegetables. On Thursday members of the organization Berliner Tafel e.V. will go through the halls to give you information on picking up and keeping your goods.

You can also get stickers to mark the products to be donated.

We ask you to not give your product donations to unauthorized third parties. Berliner Tafel e.V. is the only official aid organization authorized to pick up the goods. It has to be prevented that unauthorized third parties will take away the stand decoration.

For exhibitors, visitors and stand builders we provide the following services:

  • photocopies (stapled, collated, double-sided)
  • business cards
  • cable and adapter, recharge cell phone credit
  • e-mail, internet access...and more!

Multi-faith prayer rooms are located in the entrance area to hall 6.2, opposite the Sommergarten. A councillor is also available if required.

Muslim prayer room:

Where? Grosser Stern level 4, rooms VIP 1 and VIP 2.
VIP 1 = Muslim prayer room for men
VIP 2 = Muslim prayer room for women

Are there suitable washrooms available? Yes, worshippers can use the adjacent ladies and gentlemen toilets as a washroom for ablutions.

Is the floor carpeted? Yes, both prayer rooms are carpeted.

Start of stand construction:

  • 3 Feb 2023, 7.00am to 0.00pm daily - all halls
  • Exception: halls 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 6.1, 7.1, 8.1, 10.1 on 2 Feb, 7.00am to 0.00pm
  • 6-7 Feb: night works possible; ordering at least 1 day before (BECO Webshop> Permissions, Night works).

End of construction work

  • 6 Feb, until 24.00 hrs (construction)
  • 7 Feb, until 22.00 hrs (decoration)

Start of dismantling period:

  • 10 Feb: after 16.00 hrs
  • truck of 3,5t after 20:00 hrs
  • car of 3,5 t after 21:00 hrs
  • 11-13 Feb: 7.00am to 0.00pm daily - all halls

Every exhibitor is obliged to correctly equip and furnish the stand and to staff it with personnel for the duration of the exhibition.

Stands may not be dismantled on Thursday, 10 Feb 2023 before 16:00 hrs.

Stand construction personnel WITHOUT vehicle: Access from 7.00 a.m. only via the respective person entrances: Jafféestrasse (Entrance South), Masurenallee (Entrance North).

Admission is only possible with the appropriate admission authorization, which can only be obtained in advance online including registration.

When entering the premises, this must be shown together with the ID card.

Gates are not entrances for people!

Stand Construction & Regulations

Please make absolutely sure to comply with our Technical Guidelines when designing and constructing your stand.

Exhibitors and stand constructors can download the detailed hall plan with their stand in the BECO-Webshop. This is possible on a PC as well as on a mobile device:

  • Log in with your BECO-Webshop access.
  • Click on the black stand information tile on the right at “download hall plan”.
  • Only the hall plan with your own or commissioned stand will be available.

Visa Regulations

The service providers Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing
Services (EHS
) are contacting exhibitors, visitors and other participants of our events by phone or emails to offer hotel reservation services.

Due to several notices by our clients we wish to make clear that these companies are not affiliated with FRUIT LOGISTICA in any way. Neither are these companies official partners of FRUIT LOGISTICA, nor have we passed on your contact details to them, or made any pre-reservation in your name. Please be warned not to sign anything sent by these companies.

Besides the costs for the hotel reservation they also charge high service prices. At the same time the strict and complicated cancellation policies they have makes it difficult to make changes regarding already made hotel reservations.

Are WiFi facilities provided on the exhibition grounds?

At FRUIT LOGISTICA, a free basic WiFi will be available for all trade visitors and exhibitors.
