Spotlight on your innovation: With a slot on our brand-new Insights Stage, you can showcase your highlights live to our trade visitors from all over the world. Whether it’s new products, technical solutions, or marketing concepts – the stage is yours. We’ll take care of the technology, so you can focus entirely on your message.
How it works:
In a 20-minute slot, you will present your highlight on a 'ready-to-speak' stage. You don't have to worry about the technology – we'll set up the stage perfectly for your presentation. We also recommend using your own communication channels, such as personal invitations, adverts and banner advertising, as well as your own PR.
Please note: Only approved exhibitors of FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 can apply for a slot on the Insights Stage.

Dates
- November 15, 2025: official registration deadline
- November 30, 2025: Editorial deadline for inclusion in the press release (2-4 explanatory sentences required) and for inclusion of event details in the event calendar
