Loading zone booking for set-up and dismantling
During setup and dismantling, access to the exhibition grounds is only possible if you book a loading zone. With VisiFair, exhibitors, suppliers, and stand builders can reserve a time slot for setup and dismantling and receive detailed information about loading times and areas. The staggered time slots for the loading zones significantly reduce traffic congestion at our gates, saving you valuable time and allowing you to plan ahead. If you adhere to your time slot, you will not need to visit the log points or pay a deposit.
Exhibitor passes & set-up and dismantling passes
Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes entitle holders to enter the exhibition grounds during the trade fair as well as during the set-up and dismantling phases. Exhibitors with exhibitor passes therefore do not require additional set-up or dismantling passes.
How many exhibitor passes are exhibitors entitled to?
Exhibitors receive 4 x free exhibitor passes for every 20 m² of stand space. For every additional 10 m², 1 additional pass is added. Additional passes can be ordered for a fee in the BECO web shop.
How do you get the exhibitor passes?
The free exhibitor passes are provided to the main exhibitor by email via our subsidiary MB Capital Services GmbH (tickets@messe-berlin.de) in the form of codes. These codes must be redeemed in the ticket shop.

Set-up and dismantling passes
These passes are required for stand builders, suppliers, and service providers and grant access during set-up and dismantling times. An exhibitor pass is automatically also valid as a set-up and dismantling pass. Set-up and dismantling passes are free of charge and can be ordered via the BECO web shop. There you will receive codes that must be personalized in advance in the ticket shop.
Important information for admission
Please wear your exhibitor or setup and dismantling passes in a clearly visible manner at all times. When entering and leaving the exhibition grounds, the passes must be scanned by the admission staff.
