preparations for FRUIT LOGISTICA 2023 are in full swing. In order to support you in the best possible way, we have compiled some important information below.
Order confirmation and down payment invoice
In November, we will start sending the down payment invoices electronically. The electronic invoices are processed by our service provider Quadient Germany GmbH & Co. KG. You will receive our documents by email with a pdf-file attached from messe-berlin@quadient-eservices.com

Exhibitor passes
Your free exhibitor codes will be sent to you automatically via email by our service provider PRETIX approx. end of November. Please redeem the codes promptly in our FRUIT LOGISTICA ticket shop. The number of free exhibitor passes depends on the size of your stand area.
You can order additional exhibitor codes at the BECO-Webshop. You will also receive the respective codes from our service provider PRETIX by email. The codes should be redeemed/registered and personalized at the FRUIT LOGISTICA ticket shop as early as possible.
Please note: In 2023 there will be no registration counters at the entrances!
Construction and dismantling passes
Free construction and dismantling passes needs to be ordered at the BECO-Webshop (BECO > Tickets and parking).
Please note:
• The construction and dismantling passes must be redeemed / registered online in advance in our ticket shop. The ticket shop will be open again for you from mid-November 2022.
• The passes are personalized and therefore not transferable!
• Only one pass can be generated per code!
• In 2023 there will be no registration counters at the entrances!

Service orders at BECO-Webshop
At the BECO-Webshop you can order additional products such as furniture, stand equipment, parking spaces, water and electrical connections, etc. Please use your login data from the previous year, if available. Otherwise, you can register again directly in the BECO-Webshop and start ordering services once your account is authorized.
Book your hotel
Please also keep in mind to book your hotel for your stay in Berlin as early as possible. When planning your trip, please take into account that, in the interest of all trade visitors, your booth must be manned by expert personnel by 4 p.m. on the last day of the trade show.

We want to make clear that Messe Berlin is not connected in any way to publishers of Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, EVENT FAIR, Fair Guide or others.

Currently exhibitors are increasingly receiving offers from various providers via e-mail to purchase trade visitors’ subscribing lists - including extensive data. Messe Berlin has no relationship to these companies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the FRUIT LOGISTICA team.
The service providers Exhibition Housing Management (EHM) and Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS) are contacting exhibitors, visitors and other participants of our events by phone or emails to offer hotel reservation services.
Due to several notices by our clients we want to highlight that these companies are not affiliated with FRUIT LOGISTICA in any way.
For hotel bookings our official partners are at your disposal.
