Calculate costs

Use the stand rental calculator to calculate the cost of your stand space at FRUIT LOGISTICA.

• Please choose stand type and submit desired stand size in length and depth (minimum stand size: 12 m²). Please note that stand size here refers only to floor space not including any stand construction yet.
• If you wish to order a system stand (PDF, 1.3 MB), please choose stand version and submit your stand size in square meters.
• For the Media Package (Print- and Online catalogue) primary exhibitors will be charged with an obligatory fee. For each co-exhibitor an additional fee of 105.00 EUR will be charged, which will also to be invoiced to the primary exhibitor. Submit the estimated number of co-exhibitors if appropriate.
• The AUMA fee will automatically be included depending on stand size.

The prices cover the duration of the event. All prices are subject to VAT.

2. Power consumption
The electricity connection is subject to a charge. Please order in the BECO-Webshop (see Special Conditions of Participation §3).

3. Water consumption
The water connection is subject to a charge. Please order in the BECO-Webshop (see Special Conditions of Participation §3).

4. Exhibitor passes

• Up to 20 m² of rental space 4 passes
• For every additional 10 m² 1 additional pass

5. Media Package (compulsory)

• Primary exhibitors 535.00 EUR
• Co-exhibitors 105.00 EUR (invoiced to the primary exhibitor)

6. Association of German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) fee: 0.60 EUR/m²
