You can book your ticket here or activate it with a ticket code. We look forward to welcoming you back to the exhibition grounds in Berlin!
FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 will take place from 4 to 6 February 2026:
Wednesday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tickets are available online only. There will be no on-site ticket sales. Access is reserved for trade visitors only.

Combined ticket: Trade visitor ticket + BVG public transport
One ticket. Zero stress. Book your Berlin public transport ticket (BVG) now directly with your trade visitor ticket in the ticket shop – so you can relax on your way to the trade fair and back home again, without any additional planning.
Already bought a ticket?
Simply open your confirmation email and click on ‘View order’. In the ticket shop, you can add the appropriate public transport ticket under ‘Rebook order’.
Gold Upgrade – Your Extra Comfort
The Gold Upgrade offers you a special and more comfortable experience during the FRUIT LOGISTICA. Here are the exclusive benefits you can expect with the Gold Upgrade:
- Gold Lounge: Enjoy access to the lounge area in the north of the exhibition grounds ((Palais am Funkturm). These spaces provide a relaxed atmosphere for networking or simply unwinding.
- Fast Lane Access: Skip the lines with Fast Lane entry at the entrance to Hall 7, allowing you to reach the exhibition halls more quickly and smoothly.
- Free Cloakrooms: As a Gold Upgrade holder, you can use the cloakrooms at all entrances free of charge.
How to book the Gold Upgrade: When adding a season ticket to your cart, the Gold Upgrade will automatically appear as an additional option. If you already purchased your season ticket, you can add the upgrade later via your account (“Modify order”).
