As part of FRUIT LOGISTICA, we offer our exhibitors the opportunity to reserve suitable rooms for the professional organization of presentations, events or conferences during the trade fair. To reserve a room, please use the online form. Please be advised that the form will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

The booking is subject to availability.

After you submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation with all the details. Please note: This confirmation is not a binding order confirmation.

Please plan ahead and allow enough time for setting up and taking down your equipment. You cannot access the room early or stay in it later than the time that is booked.

Important note on room booking:

The online room booking form for FRUIT LOGISTICA 2026 is expected to be available from summer 2025. We kindly request your patience until the form is available online. Further details will follow shortly.

Our press conference rooms are available for your event. Book conveniently using our online formular or contact us directly - we will be happy to help you.
