In 15 days, FRUIT LOGISTICA will open its doors for exhibitors and trade visitors from all over the world for the 30th time. To be best prepared, we would like to give you some important updates for your final preparations.
Invite your customers to FRUIT LOGISTICA!
Give your customers direct and free access to FRUIT LOGISTICA and invite them to your stand. To do this, you can order digital voucher codes and send them to your customers together with an invitation. After the event, you will only be charged for the vouchers redeemed in the ticket shop. You can find more information in the BECO Webshop under the menu item Tickets and Parking Space.
Set up / stand construction
We have listed the individual set-up and dismantling times for you in a separate information sheet. You can also find further details on our website under Entry & Access.
Constructive / decorative stand construction
Please note the following information regarding the end of construction:
• 6 February 24.00 hrs end of constructive construction
• 7 February 22.00 hrs end of decorative construction

Night works 24.00 - 7.00 hrs
Any night work must be authorized by Messe Berlin. Messe Berlin will review your application and provide a permission.
It is mandatory to order stand security additionally in case of extended construction or dismantling works at night between 24.00 and 7.00 hrs. You can order night work for a fee at our BECO-Webshop at Permissions and Technical Guidelines >> Night works.
Keep in mind: Messe Berlin’s new traffic management system VisiFair
From this year onwards, entry to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds during set-up and dismantling will only be possible with registration and booking of a loading zone! For more information on the new loading zone booking system, please visit our exhibition planning page.

Bus shuttle service
During the fair we provide several free bus shuttles:
Airport Shuttle:
Airport BER - Exhibition grounds (Entrance South/Entrance North) - Airport BER 8-10 February, daily 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., approx. every 15 min.
The bus stop is located at the airport exit at Terminal 1

Fairground Shuttle:
A fairground shuttle operates during FRUIT LOGISTICA. For information on the shuttle lines and the stops, please refer to the exhibition grounds plan.
Book a digital press box and post your press releases directly in FRUIT LOGISTICA Online and the FRUIT LOGISTICA App. If you are planning a press event at your stand, we will also be happy to include it in our press events.
