ANECOOP: The goodness of peas
PEA-A-MOLE is the new product from Anecoop and Janus Fruit. The protein-rich vegetable spread is based on avocados, which the manufacturer has combined with peas and a refreshing citrus flavour.

It contains 95 per cent fresh ingredients. Compared with traditional guacamole it has fewer calories and less fat. At a consumer panel organised by the Technological Centre in Valencia (AINIA), 92.1 per cent of respondents said they would buy the product again. PEA-A-MOLE is ready-to-eat, and can be enjoyed as a healthy dip or ingredient in other recipes. It is available in a 200 g polystyrene container and sealed with plastic film and plastic lid in a protective atmosphere.
